Course Description

The Bachelor of Arts (BA) programme is designed to develop intellectually curious, socially responsible, and globally aware graduates. It provides a strong foundation in the humanities and social sciences while enhancing critical thinking, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Through a multidisciplinary curriculum, the programme prepares students to understand society, public policy, governance, culture, and global affairs, empowering them for diverse career opportunities and higher education.

Eligibility

Passed 10+2 examination in any stream from a recognized Board/Council or an equivalent qualification. Candidates possessing a three-year (10+3) Diploma recognized by the National or State Board of Technical Education are also eligible.

To provide a comprehensive understanding of the humanities and social sciences through disciplines such as Economics, Political Science, English, History, International Relations, Public Policy & Development, and Computer Applications.
To develop critical thinking, effective communication, and analytical skills that enable students to evaluate social, political, economic, and cultural issues from multiple perspectives.
